Meet Albert, The Office Cat That Always Looks Pissed Off

I don’t think it’s a secret that all cats hate us and want to kill us in our sleep. Some are pretty good at putting on a show and pretending to be loyal companions. Perhaps that veil started to lift a little with the rise of Grumpy Cat. Tardar Sauce, better known as Grumpy Cat, started gaining popularity a few years ago. She had her picture posted on the social news site Reddit. People could not get enough of her grumpy expression. The expression is actually due to some genetic shortcomings. An under bite, along with feline dwarfism. But who really cares about that!? She is hilarious! Whoever would have thought anything could top that face, and the countless grumpy captions to go along with it? Certainly not me. Well move on over Grumpy Cat, there is a new sourpuss in town. Pompous Albert is here and he is super pissed. And by the looks of it, he is going to give you a run for your money.

This is Albert. As you can see he is super pissy.

Albert the cat is named after Albert Einstein the human. As you may have guessed, it’s because of the hair. And possibly the expression? So serious!

Albert is the breed of cat called Selkirk Rex.

They are known for their wild fur.

Here are Albert’s humans, Mike and Susan Singleton. As you can see their expressions are the exact opposite of Albert’s. I’m sure he is amused.

He kicked the trash out of that can!

Having friends doesn’t seem to amuse Albert. I wonder how the other cat is feeling about its little play date. He looks uncomfortable.

After all, who could resist that face!?

Albert got a haircut. In my opinion it only made him look even more pissed off!

He probably just suffers from bitchy resting face like a lot of us are plagued with. The poor thing is probably just misunderstood. Or maybe he is plotting world domination, who knows. Either way, I can’t get enough of this cat!
